New Election Forecast From Liberal Poll Analyst Nate Silver Has Trump Leading BIG TIME

The new election forecast from liberal poll analyst Nate Silver is full of good news for Trump that must have Democrats terrified.

Silver has no incentive to publish a forecast that looks good for Trump. He gets nothing but grief from the left for doing it, so you know it’s genuine.

We still have weeks to go and anything can change, but this is looking very good for Trump right now.

Nate Silver Forecast Has Chance of Trump Winning at 61.5%, Harris at 38.3%

Statistician Nate Silver on Friday released his latest 2024 presidential election forecast, which shows former President Donald Trump at 61.5 percent and Vice President Kamala Harris at 38.3 percent.

The rise in Trump’s chances of 15.4 percent is a flip from Silver’s forecast on August 23, when Harris’s chances of winning were at 53.5 percent and Trump’s at 46.1 percent. Those numbers came right after the Democratic National Convention, when the vice president was still enjoying a mainstream media honeymoon.

One of the reasons I'm not super sympathetic to complaints about the convention bounce stuff is that Harris is in fact on the decline in polls over the past couple of weeks in most of the key swing states.

BREAKING: President Trump’s New York ‘Hush Money’ Sentencing Delayed Until After Election

President Trump’s New York ‘hush money’ sentencing has been delayed until after the 2024 election, Judge Juan Merchan ruled on Friday.

Trump was scheduled to be sentenced on September 18 but moved to November 26.

“This is not a decision this Court makes lightly but it is the decision which in this Court’s view, best advances the interests of justice,” Judge Juan Merchan wrote in the decision, NBC News reported.

President Trump’s lawyers previously asked Juan Merchan to delay the September 18 sentencing after the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling. Judge Merchan said he would issue a decision by September 16.

Judge Merchan also pushed back his ruling on the presidential immunity dispute to November 12.

President Trump’s lawyers previously asked a federal court to intervene in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ case following the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling.

In July the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump has absolute immunity for his core Constitutional powers.

Judge Alvin Hellerstein, a Clinton appointee, rejected Trump’s request to move the case and said “nothing” in the Supreme Court’s ruling affected his previous conclusion that Trump’s payments are considered unofficial acts.

President Trump’s attorneys on Tuesday evening filed an urgent appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals to prevent the corrupt New York judicial system from ignoring the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling and jailing Trump.

“Unlawfully incarcerating President Trump in the final weeks of the Presidential election, while early voting is ongoing, would irreparably harm the First Amendment rights of President Trump and voters located far beyond New York County,” Trump’s lawyers wrote.

Earlier this year Trump was convicted on all 34 felony counts after he was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.”

Carney on Kudlow: Trump Tackles the Harris Affordability Crisis







Breitbart News economics editor John Carney said Thursday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that former President Donald Trump’s speech to the Economic Club of New York laid out how to tackle the affordability crisis.

Host Larry Kudlow said, “Trump at the New York Economic Club today, address the affordability crisis.”

He continued, “John Carney, you’re my affordability expert. I mean, I think he hammered pretty hard today, but I’ll ask you, did he get it done?”

Carney said, “He did get it done. He both addressed housing affordability, which is a big problem in the United States. It’s one of the things that all the surveys show are really hurting people. And he said he’s going to open up land that we can build on and he’s going to do permitting reform to make energy affordable. That’s absolutely necessary. Those are two things that when you ask people, what are the things that bother them the most about the Biden-Harris affordability crisis Housing and energy.”

Kudlow said, “So he did, he mentioned opening up federal lands for housing purposes. Bad enough they won’t do it for any oil and gas, I understand that. But he threw in housing, which I think is a new wrinkle.”

Carney said, “It is a new wrinkle. The other thing that he mentioned as well is there’s a lot of regulation, environmental regulation in particular, that stands in the way of building houses right now today. If you talk to builders they say trying to get the permits, the regulatory permits to build houses gets in the way. That can be addressed at a presidential, at a federal level because a lot of it is federal regulation.”

Trump’s plan focuses on cutting government waste, scaling back regulatory overreach, and unleashing domestic energy production—all pillars he sees as essential to revitalizing the economy.

A centerpiece of Trump’s agenda is the creation of a government efficiency commission, an idea suggested by tech entrepreneur Elon Musk, which would conduct a full audit of the federal government to identify waste, fraud, and inefficiencies. Trump’s goal, according to people familiar with the speech, is to streamline government operations and curb inflation by reducing unnecessary spending. The Socialist International, the worldwide organization of social democratic, socialist, and labor parties, has publicly expressed its support for Kamala Harris’s candidacy in the upcoming U.S. presidential election on November 5th. This is another step in recognizing Kamala as an extreme left-wing leader.

Kamala Harris’s most recent FEC filing shows she paid Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter’s political firm for services.

Juan Merchan is the far-left, conflicted judge who oversaw Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ trial against President Trump.

The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.

Loren Merchan’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., has received tens of millions of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump.

GOP Congresswoman Elise Stefanik said Kamala Harris paid Loren Merchan’s company!

“Today I filed a new judicial ethics complaint with the New York State Commission because new evidence on Kamala Harris’ most recent FEC filing shows she hired and paid Acting Justice Juan Merchan’s adult daughter’s company,” GOP Congresswoman Elise Stefanik announced on Friday.

“This is a clear violation of the New York State Judicial Code of Conduct which dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case,” she said.

Judge Merchan still has not recused himself from Trump’s ‘hush money’ trial.

Rep. Stefanik’s full complaint to the New York State Commission:

I am writing to you concerning potential ethical issues with respect to Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan. On May 21, 2024, I filed a complaint against Justice Merchan concerning his presiding over the pending criminal case of former President Donald J. Trump. The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct (the Commission) rejected the complaint on July 3, 2024. As of today, President Trump is scheduled for sentencing on September 18, 2024, at which he faces up to 136 years’ imprisonment. New information has come to light that merits a fresh look into Justice Merchan’s conflict. Neither the Appellate Division nor the Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics could have known about this material when they issued opinions as to Justice Merchan’s continuing to preside over President Trump’s case.

On July 21, 2024, President Joe Biden announced that he would not seek a second term. Within a few days, Vice President Kamala Harris was anointed to become the Democrat Party’s nominee for the presidency. During his campaign, President Biden used one company, Amazon Web Services (AWS), for the campaign’s web hosting services.1 President Biden’s campaign paid AWS throughout 2023 through the suspension of his campaign in July 2024. On August 20, 2024, Vice President Harris’s campaign submitted its first Federal Election Commission (FEC) report that documented expenses and donations through July 31, 2024. In the report, specifically on Form 3P, line 232, a July 30, 2024, disbursement appears in the amount of $468.00 from Vice President Harris’s campaign to Authentic Campaigns Inc. (Authentic) for web hosting services. This indicates that one of the very first things that Harris did upon taking over the Biden campaign infrastructure is to hire this firm, Authentic.

Authentic is a digital consulting and marketing firm that services Democrat candidates. Loren Merchan, Justice Merchan’s daughter, is its president. Vice President Harris changed web hosting companies from AWS to Authentic immediately after becoming the presumptive Democrat presidential nominee. As the FEC report’s filing did not occur until August 20, nearly a month after the Harris campaign and Authentic had begun doing business, no one in the public, including the Commission, could have known of the relationship. This is merely the beginning of a new contract with a new campaign, regardless of the amount reimbursed. Sure, there’s an immediate benefit, but this is a play at a potential larger benefit for Authentic and Merchan down the road.

The Code of Conduct, specifically § 100.3(E)(1)(d)(iii), dictates that a judge must recuse from a case where a relative up to and including the sixth degree has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Ms. Merchan is related to Justice Merchan in the first degree. Authentic has a newly active financial relationship with Vice President Harris’s campaign. President Trump’s sentencing, an event which will garner worldwide media coverage, is imminent. This event, a month and a half prior to the November 5 election, could have a profound impact on that election; indeed, some states will have commenced mail voting by that date. Given this revelation of a brand-new conflict of interest for Judge Merchan, I respectfully request that the Commission engage in a fresh inquiry concerning Justice Merchan’s conflict and take any appropriate action resulting from it.

America First Legal sued Judge Juan Merchan for financial disclosures amid reports his daughter’s political firm has made tens of millions of dollars off of his trial against Trump.

AFL sued Juan Merchan and argued that under New York law, judges are required to file annual financial disclosures.

“Clearly, Justice Merchan’s daughter and her clients stand to profit handsomely from lawfare against President Trump,” AFL wrote in its lawsuit, according to Fox News.

Last month House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan subpoenaed the company, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., of Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter Loren.

House GOP Introduces Stopgap Bill to Avert Government Shutdown, Block Noncitizen Voting


House Republicans have introduced a stopgap bill to prevent a government shutdown, but its voter fraud provisions face Democrat opposition.

House Republicans have introduced a stopgap spending bill designed to avert a government shutdown at the end of September, but its inclusion of a provision targeting noncitizen voting has drawn sharp criticism from Democrats.

Unveiled on Sept. 6, the proposed legislation would extend federal funding through late March of next year while mandating that states verify U.S. citizenship during the voter registration process. The requirement has ignited heated debate on Capitol Hill.

The bill, titled the “Continuing Appropriations and Other Matters Act, 2025,” aims to keep government agencies running beyond the Sept. 30 funding deadline. However, the addition of the voter verification provision has intensified partisan divisions, raising doubts about the bill’s chances of passing in its current form.


“Today, House Republicans are taking a critically important step to keep the federal government funded and to secure our federal election process,” Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) said in a statement after the draft text of the stopgap measure, known as a continuing resolution, was revealed.

“Congress has a responsibility to do both, and we must ensure that only American citizens can decide American elections,” he said.

Democrats swiftly condemned the proposal.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman Patty Murray (D-Wash.) issued a joint statement saying that “avoiding a government shutdown requires bipartisanship, not a bill drawn up by one party.”

The pair said Johnson was “wasting precious time” with the measure and “making the same mistake as former Speaker McCarthy did a year ago.”

“This tactic didn’t work last September and it will not work this year either,” they said.

“If Speaker Johnson drives House Republicans down this highly partisan path, the odds of a shutdown go way up.”

Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) lost his leadership role last year under circumstances related to a stopgap funding measure when he brought a watered down version of the proposed bill to the House floor for a last-minute vote. The draft lacked key border security and spending cut provisions pushed for by hardline Republicans, however, contributing to a vote to remove him from the speakership.


Key Provisions of the Stopgap Measure

The proposed continuing resolution aims to prevent a partial shutdown by maintaining federal funding at current levels until March 28, 2025. The bill would extend funding for essential government services and agencies, including defense, education, health care, and more, giving lawmakers several months of breathing room to negotiate the full-year budget for fiscal year 2025.

The bill also introduces major changes to voter registration through a section titled the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.


It requires individuals to provide proof of U.S. citizenship, such as a passport, birth certificate, or military ID, when registering to vote in federal elections, barring states from processing voter registrations without this documentation. Additionally, the bill requires states to actively remove noncitizens from voter rolls, using databases including the Department of Homeland Security’s SAVE system.

Beyond voter registration, the bill includes an additional $10 billion for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to bolster the nation’s disaster relief fund.

Additionally, the bill sets aside $47 million for extra security during Inauguration Day in January 2025, a period that traditionally requires substantial federal resources.

In general, the bill offers temporary funding solutions for numerous federal agencies, based on previous fiscal year allocations. This means it extends funding for items such as defense projects and agricultural initiatives without initiating new programs or allowing increases in production rates for projects that were not previously funded.

Kamala Harris goes to 'debate camp': Insiders reveal where VP's preparation is already going 'sideways' as she gets ready for primetime Trump showdown

Vice President Kamala Harris is traveling to Pennsylvania on Thursday for a week of preparation for her pivotal debate next Tuesday with former President Donald Trump.

Advisors are keenly aware that a bad or stumbling performance could have a significant impact on her presidential campaign.

Voters have yet to hear her defend the first three years of her vice presidency and chart a path forward away from President Joe Biden.

Harris and her advisors plan to focus intently on preparing for the ABC primetime showdown after a campaign event in New Hampshire on Wednesday.

During debate preparations she will be joined by Washington, DC lawyer Karen Dunn, policy aide Rohini Kosoglu, brother-in-law Tony West, campaign chief of staff Shelia Nix, campaign co-chair Cedric Richmond, and her longtime California political strategist Sean Clegg.

Sources close to the Harris team tell NOTUS that Harris is a little rusty on the debate stage as 'strategy sessions have careened sideways' when Harris 'focused too narrowly on minute details, effectively trailing the sessions.'

Harris began preparing for the debate three weeks in advance, holding practice sessions at Howard University in Washington, DC, before plans were set for more intense preparation sessions.

Harris and her team plan to run through full-length mock debates to make sure she is prepared and has her talking points ready.

NOTUS also reports the team is working to make sure Harris remains 'calm' and 'presidential' on the debate stage, even if Trump comes out with vicious attacks.

Too much preparation, however, can be a danger. Biden participated in vigorous debate sessions for nine days prior to his first debate with Trump, but lacked energy and stamina to deliver an effective debate performance.

Harris has a mixed debate record, at times coming off perfectly poised and prepared, as she did when she attacked Biden during a Democratic 2020 primary debate about his remarks about segregationists.

But she has also stumbled, for example, when she was attacked by her primary opponent Rep. Tulsi Gabbard on her record as a prosecutor in California.

Harris and her team were mostly satisfied with her vice president debate performance with Mike Pence, even though it was largely overshadowed by the media buzz over a fly that landed on Pence's head for three minutes.

Trump, however, represents her greatest challenge — one that she has dreamed of for several years.

Former Harris communications director Jamal Simmons advised Harris' team to get aggressive with the vice president during the debate preparation sessions.

'[S]omebody’s gotta be the a**hole here,' he said. 'Somebody’s got to sit there and really pepper her and get her to get annoyed and aggravated because that’s probably what Trump’s gonna do. And what you want her to do is work out that aggravation in prep and not do it when she’s on stage.'

Despite her willingness to debate, Harris and her team are still trying to negotiate the rules of the debate with ABC News, according to a Harris campaign source speaking to NBC News.

Among the criteria up for discussion is whether the opponent's microphone is muted when the other candidate is speaking.

Trump and his team anticipate that Harris is preparing to interrupt him to try and 'fact check' his statements.

The former president, however, is aware of Harris and her propensity to get lost into so-called 'word salads' while speaking publicly.

'She has bad moments. The way she talks,' Trump told broadcaster Tucker Carlson in a recent interview, imitating comments the vice president made about school buses. 'It's weird. The whole thing is weird.'

Exclusive — Karoline Leavitt: Democrats’ Lawfare Strategy Is Failing

The Democrats’ strategy of conducting lawfare against former President Donald Trump is “failing,” Karoline Leavitt, the national press secretary for Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign, said during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday.

Reacting to the news of Judge Juan Merchan postponing (https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...fter-election/) Trump’s sentencing for his business records conviction until after the election, Leavitt said, “The Democrats’ lawfare strategy is failing because their cases are BS, and they are baseless, and they are not based on evidence, and they have all been either stalled or delayed, thankfully, because we have either judges in some of these cases that realize these cases have no merits on the law or the prosecutors bringing them forward are corrupt, as is the case of Fani Willis in Georgia.”

“Her own misconduct and ethics violations have stalled that case, or in this case of Alvin Bragg, where the Democrats realize that all of this lawfare has backfired, and, now, they’re delaying the sentencing until after the election,” she said, adding, “We shouldn’t even be talking about the sentencing in this case” because it is unconstitutional in nature.


“This case has never been brought forward in the first place. It’s unconstitutional — what has happened — and we are confident that, ultimately, it will be overturned on appeal, and President Trump will be vindicated because he is an innocent man, and I sat in that courtroom in New York with President Trump for six weeks, and not one shred of evidence was presented to prove that he is guilty of those 34 counts,” Leavitt said, expressing confidence that the truth will come out.

“It’s a good thing that it was delayed, but it still doesn’t mean that this case — this case should have never happened in the first place,” she added, also blasting Democrats for “interfering in the electoral process” when it comes to dealing with former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who endorsed Trump.


“RFK Jr. ran for — tried to run versus a Democrat. They shut down the primary. Then, he switched to an independent. They tried to remove him off the ballot. They waged the courts against him. Now, they’re playing games with the ballots in all these individual states — trying to keep him off, trying to keep him on — going against the will of a candidate, and it has been President Trump’s and our campaign’s position the entire time that any candidate has the right to run for president of the United States, and any candidate should have ballot access,” she said.

“Democrats have been a real threat to democracy in waging this lawfare against RFK Jr. in addition to what they’ve done to President Trump in trying to keep him off the ballot,” she continued. “We saw it happen in Colorado and in various other states. All of those efforts have failed, but it really is unbelievable how far the Democrats have gone with this lawfare strategy, and they don’t get enough heat for it because the mainstream media is in their pocket.”

Trump Promises to Revive the ‘American Dream’ with Housing for Young Families

President Donald Trump promised to revive the American Dream on Thursday by reducing the cost of housing for young Americans.

“It’s all about the American Dream,” Trump told a roomful of business elites and billionaires at the Economic Club of New York.

“We will make housing much more affordable… [and] we will get [mortgage rates] back down to 3 percent … [so] young people will be able to buy a home again and be part of the American dream,” he said, adding:
Millions of people will take part … [in] reviving the American Dream. It’s about the American Dream. It’s all about the American Dream. We don’t talk [about the] American Dream with these [Democratic] people in office. they don’t want to talk about the American dream because they are the exact opposite.

Trump’s “exact opposite” comment likely referred to the easy-migration, pro-diversity policies adopted by top Democrats, including former President Barack Obama and the Democrats’ 2024 candidate, Kamala Harris.

Their welcome for roughly 10 million migrants has spiked the cost of apartments and homes.

Democrats recognize that migration-inflated housing costs are a threat to their election. So Harris is promising to offset the impact of migration on housing costs by offering a package of Democratic regulations, apparent subsidies to home-buyers, and $40 billion in subsidies for towns and construction companies. However, she has not suggested that she will curb the inflow of migrants who compete for housing against Americans.


Trump, however, promised to reduce costs by excluding illegals from the housing market. “We also can’t ignore the impact of the flood of 21 million illegal aliens has had in driving up housing costs. That’s why my plan will ban [federally backed] mortgages for illegal aliens.”

If fewer migrants are “trying to rent the same amount of spaces, economics would tell us rents are likely to decrease,” Wall Street economist Nick Luettke, told the Marketplace.org radio show reported on September 5.


Trump also promised to reduce the cost of housing by selling federal land and reducing federal regulations. The goal is “cutting the cost of a new home in half,” he said.

“We will open portions of federal land for large-scale housing construction. These homes will be ultra-low tax and ultra-low regulation … so young people and other people can buy homes,” he said.


Trump complained about state Democrats offering housing aid to migrants. “In California, [Democrats] are passing a law where they will give illegal aliens money to buy a house, but our soldiers, our veterans that are laying on the streets can’t have the [loans],” he said.

He continued;
You have soldiers laying on the streets of different cities — all Democratic-run … and you have illegal immigrants coming in and living in those hotels and laughing at our soldiers as they walk by.
Trump also slammed federal funding for illegal migrants, saying: “These migrants are consuming hundreds of billions of dollars in benefits.”

The revival of the American Dream is a growing theme in Trump’s campaign.

“It’s about the American Dream,” Trump told Elon Musk on August 12. “Elon, you’re the American Dream in the truest sense, but you don’t hear about the American Dream anymore.”

The pitch portrays Trump as a helpful optimist in a close race in which the Harris campaign has adopted a strategy, style, and tone to maximize support from women.


The term was invented by American writer and historian James Truslow Adams, who described it as:
That dream of a land in which life should be better and richer and fuller for everyone, with opportunity for each according to ability or achievement … It is not a dream of motor cars and high wages merely, but a dream of social order in which each man and each woman shall be able to attain to the fullest stature of which they are innately capable, and be recognized by others for what they are, regardless of the fortuitous circumstances of birth or position.

The idea emerged in the early 1930s and then blossomed in the post-war prosperity made possible by low migration and rising productivity. Trump was born in 1946, so he grew up with the American Dream expectation of everyday prosperity.

But the American Dream has been downplayed since the 1990s, partly because Democrats switched their focus from transferring wealth from the rich to ordinary Americans. Instead, progressive Democrats now talk about transferring “equity” from ordinary Americans to migrants, racial minorities, and sexual minorities.

Progressives also attack the family-centered American Dream as they push their alternative government-enforced dream of civil rights and diversities within a “Nation of Immigrants.”

This shift away from Americans is exemplified by the Democrats’ current celebration of illegal migrants as “Dreamers.”
